There are a couple things that needs attention, the banister on the front porch was loose, light fixture in rear bedroom needs to be replaced, and outside lighting needs some attention.

It was poorly maintained. The lights didn't come on in some of the rooms they have roaches. Inside the cabinets were old and stained the stove was shaky the plumbing was not that great. The water didn't get really hot.

Unit was not clearly identified so I was not sure if I was entering the correct unit or not. I had to take a bold guess. Plumbing issues in main bedroom and bathroom. Toilet would bubble while shower was on then it just started backing up after a day or two. Communication with owner was very minimal. Most of my messages were not answered at all. Ice maker was dirty with black stuff inside. Beds smelled like cigarette smoke and master bed was very old, uncomfortable, and creaky.

No. Not as advertised. Too much to say to fit in this box. Queen beds, not king. Not a full kitchen. Moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker.

All was well, although my overnight stay was to stay through Saturday night and gone Sunday by 11am

Property was amazing. There was one towel looked out of place on hall shelf. There was a slight odor of cannabis when first entering. But, room deodorizer took care of it. Other than the towel and slight smell of cannabis, and having to leave the property Saturday at 11am the visit would have been a 10 all the way.

Low expectations/in need of a Handyman

Was visiting Providence Canyon, so just needed a place to refresh & sleep, get ready, and eat. Very dated. Many things were broken or in disrepair. Kitchen was very sparsely stocked, ie. only one fork. Frig had a broken door shelf. Crumbs in drawers. Worse - was there was no house/unit number for this duplex and it was pitch dark on arrival. Luckily Host answered my phone call. VERY responsive and helpful, but needs to get the repairs/replacements done.

Did not stay

I had a job in Albany and have stayed and enjoyed this property before. The job was cancelled due to the weather so I messaged the host to see if I could change dates. 9 hours later no repsonse. When they did answer back I was told to call them. When I replied to them what was their number no response. So I did not even stay and have lost my money. I was not even sent a code to enter.

The inside was fairly good but the outside was not in great shape. The inside had a few issues but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We didn’t receive a code to get in the property and after a few calls finally got in. Never received the Wi-Fi password even after communicating with the host.

Great Experience

Beautifully maintained condo that was warm and welcoming. Host was responsive and helpful. Truly enjoyed my stay, and since I will be visiting family often, this will be my home away from home!

Mr. Nix, is an awesome property manager. He was always available, helpful, and provided a spacious and peaceful atmosphere. A great location, surrounded by everything you need for a fun and Joyful trip, and getaway. We really enjoyed our stay❣️👍😊
