"Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. "

"We stayed here for 5 days while in town doing the Alpine Loop. The owner was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He even put HEPA filters in the bedrooms for better air quality while the wildfires were going on. Some of the cooking utensils, pots, and pans were a bit aged, but overall the house was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view! This house is highly recommended if you have a large group, need plenty of parking, and room to spread out comfortably!"

"Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back."
