"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the French Quarter. As well as the live music Will definitely make it a regular first stop for our West Virginia visits"

"Staff was very helpful with making sure we could stay in the same room after having to book another day. However it took a solid 8-10 minutes for the hot water to come on (no exaggeration) therefore not only was it a waste of water to run it that long every time we needed to shower or wash our face but we did not know when we checked in and it put us behind on our schedule our first day there."

"Extremely clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a little sparse but the coffee was good. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub which I thought was provided but that was my misunderstanding. The staff was very nice. The directions through Google maps were all wrong and took us way beyond where we should have been. I gather this is not just a problem for us but for many others too. The noise from staff working and children running up and down the hall woke us up quite early which was annoying."

"The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a reflection on staff but more on the owners who are not taking care of the property. It was very sad watching cleaning staff struggle to get everything done due to the elevators. They definitely need raises, they are working so incredibly hard."
