"A little frustrating as 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order. Had to valet park or pay for parking in a lot. Didn't realize that when booking - make sure you check. Still a very nice place to stay"

"We stayed here for the Mothman Festival in Point Pleasant. The customer service was amazing. Everyone from the hotel to the casino were helpful and courteous. As a couple who doesn’t gamble, they were very helpful on how games and machines work. The hotel is well maintained and our room was nice. The bar service on the first floor was excellent. The food in the casino was fantastic. The only issues were small ones: first, the breakfast on our first day was exceptional, the second day’s breakfast left more to be desired. Also the dining area in the hotel is a bit too small for the amount of guests each morning, and finding a table at certain times can be tricky. And lastly, a pool would be a nice addition to make the property truly a 4-star hotel. We would definitely stay again!"
