The place carries noise from other rooms such as the TV or loud conversations but it still felt quiet enough after 10 pm. As its in the centre, there are more people outsides. 「Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront.」

「Great property and great location, as an apartment it just works, good security & parking, great little balcony, shutters, all worked great for me. Air con/heater also effective thank you. Small things, the concrete roof didn’t seem to be finished which was a bit odd in this beautiful apartment and I would probably leave a tiny bit of sunlight soap for guests just to wash a cup or two especially for longer stays. Everything else is there so would be a nice touch.」

「Fantastic experience all around, property was modern, chic and class and the apartment was amazing with incredible views and almost unbelievably spacious with all the amenities one could need. The immediate vicinity around the hotel was also very walkable with tons of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Building also had a great pool deck and a cute gym. The property also had full load shedding backup (power outages) and so everything worked as normal in the apartment. Perfect stay!」

Owner very nice and affable.initial communications not clear though and hard to get hold of or gainnfull understanding of property which is made up several units with shared areas. Some units far more private than others. Parking tight but ok . Area beautuful and perfect location. House needs some attentiin w new towels etc but all ok and functional. Id stay again but in different unit.」
