「Everything was so clean well maintained and staff are very attentive. We were not left waiting for anything from check in to valet parking and even assistant finding activities around London.」

「When we arrived, had to wait on staff to come to counter. There was a dirty sock left behind the bathroom door on the floor. Not sure what was happening this weekend but there was only one parking spot left. Loud obnoxious guests, i didnt get much sleep.」

「A very lovely, spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and linens. In another season, the gas fireplace would make it even cozier.」

「客室も朝食も良かったですが、ダウンタウンへのアクセスに非常に困りました。ひとりだったので普段のシャトルバスの利用はとても嫌がられました。他のバスなどの移動では降りるバス停で降りられず通り越してしまい、6時にホテルに向かって11時の帰宅の日もあり、もう恐怖の域に達していました。次に来るなら高くてもダウンタウンの近くにしたいです。一週間の旅でしたが1か月くらいいた感覚になっています。 こんな旅は初めてです。」

「My husband and I along with our service dog spent 5 days at this lovely hotel. It felt like home. The hotel is new and spotless and in a great location with free car charging stations that we used nightly. The staff was amazing. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We used the laundry and it was quick and clean. The free breakfast was always fresh with many choices. We also enjoyed the bar area and invited a couple friends to join us after dinner. We would highly recommend this hotel...
