"We were attending a wedding in the area so we’re looking for a VRBO for us and several family members to stay. This is a gem of a place for families to enjoy- inside and out! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset, as well as hanging out on the large sectional in the living room enjoying the view. Would be great for a longer stay- I just wish we had more than a weekend wedding planned. Joe and Nancy are great hosts."

Some people just suck. My favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. A little piece of Heaven after the stress of the hospital. Bill and bette were great and make sure to meet neighbor Sue, next door. I’ve made friends your life. Do yourself a favor and book."

"The room was clean and charming - obviously recently redone with the bones being a bit 'Old Motel' like. They did a nice job and the view was great, location perfect for us (next to the trail along the river) and we accidentally left a wallet in the room, they called right away and alerted us before we left town...super helpful! "Nicely decorated, comfy beds walking distance to local bar. Sundays and Mondays many of the shops and things to do were closed, but we still found plenty to entertain us. The house had nice ammenities and we were even left a basket of goodies by the owner. The downstairs bathroom was a little tight with the cabinet in there. Plenty of pillows and blankets to snuggle with. We enjoyed listening to the records on the record player upstairs!"

"The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner...

"Parking was convenient. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite that was very spacious and clean. Plenty of storage if one was to stay for an extended time. Both Mayo and Civic Center were accessible via the sky way. I'll definitely being tell others about Broadway Plaza."
