I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.」

The representative, Mike, was incredibly nonchalant and dismissive. Rather than checking on my missing item, he bizarrely started questioning me about an ice bucket. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again."」
