Top Southern Kyoto Hotel Reviews
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Hachijoguchi
10/10 Excellent
"Spacious, clean, very modern, large comfortable beds, great location - not super close, but still easy walking distance to tourist attractions and Kyoto station. I was thrilled to see they provided a Refa hairdryer, Refa showerhead and some products."
Hotel Emion Kyoto
8/10 Good
"Nice quiet location, away from hustle and bustle. But still conveniently located only 1 train stop from Kyoto Train station."
HOTEL ELCIENT KYOTO HACHIJOGUCHI
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, very accesible, staff very helpful, love it."
APA Hotel Kyoto Eki Horikawadori
10/10 Excellent
"My only complaint was that there were only three washer/dryers in the entire hotel and I had to wake up at 2:00am to wash and dry my clothes when I was already exhausted. Every time I’d check there was a line of people waiting to use them. And it took a few cycles for my clothes to dry although I didn’t wash much."
Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing hotel! So clean and spacious with a great coffee shop and rooftop bar. Super close to kiyomizu & nannenzaka. Loved our stay - thank you!"

"Amazing and tranquil! Sad we had to go, the baths were so nice after putting in 20k steps a day!"
Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo
10/10 Excellent
"I loved the location, (close to the train station), very clean, quiet, lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."
RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto
8/10 Good
"Difficult to use facility due to minimal English language signage. Nice , friendly staff. Tried hard. Adding 1 or more English speakers, particularly at restaurants would improve English speakers experience"
