"It was a decent hotel to stay in for an extended amount of time. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was plentiful. Enough options so I wasn't eating the same thing every day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is next to the highway, very little highway noise. Location was convenient to the hospital, Newburgh, UE, mall. Good amount of parking. Largest complaint was the issue of noise within the building....very thin walls to the point that I heard neighbors' TVs. It seemed like everyone around me slammed their doors every time they went in/out or the doors just slam every time they are shut. This woke me up every night I was there. I could hear every conversation of people walking down the hallway and the sounds of kids running in the room next to me. Not the best hotel I have stayed in in this area, but very definitely not the worst."

"At 3 am we heard someone try to use a key to enter our room. They left and came back 10 minutes later and used a key to enter our room, turn on the light, and then saw us and left. We tried to call the front desk 3 times using both the room phone and our cell phone and no one answered. Then we finally fell asleep again and at 5:30 the alarm clock in the room started going off. The hotel reimbursed our stay. "

"We got lucky parking only had to walk thru hotel to rooms or to handy exciting casino .stay was comfortable bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Had happy Birthday and 17 th.wedding Anniversary.Thank you Ballys"

"The hotel was nice, a little dated, but had been renovated. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot. Breakfast was not great. I got a container of yogurt that had expired 9 days earlier. The carton of milk i got was expiring that day. My husband got a sausage patty, which made him sick later in the day. Our room was quiet, which was nice. Not sure we would stay there again."
