「Nice place to stay. Beautiful backyard with fireflies. Clean place, has everything you need. Planes flying over head 24 hrs a day was not something i planned on dealing with. My fault not theirs. Not the safest feeling neighborhood. But house was everything they said. 」

「The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler.」

「This unit was great for my short work trip (3 nights). The bathroom sink was draining slowly upon arrival - I mentioned it by text and it was fixed within hours! Easy and secure, with a central location. Be prepared - there's not really any coffee nearby and the unit does not come stocked.」

「the place was amazing. Really hot the week we were there and the pool was great and outdoor area for seating was really nice. The apt. was clean and roomy. we are coming back to louisville in the fall and hope to stay there again. Close to restaurants and shops. 」
