「The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2.」

「The host was great. He provided great information on the area and places to see. My son speaks Spanish so that helped with the communications. The space heater was running when we got home from our daily excursions which made settling in more enjoyable. Watching the sun hit the clouds over the lake in the morning from bed was a highlight for my wife.」

「Dies ist eine sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr geräumiger und gemütlicher Einrichtung. Wir haben uns hier total wohlgefühlt. Leider hatten wir auf unserer Chile-Rundreise hier nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Wir wären gerne noch viel viel länger geblieben denn der Abschied viel uns sehr schwer.」

「Das Hotel ist etwas (aber wirklich "nur etwas") in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch hat es viel Charme. Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht. Es war schätzungsweise ca. 40-50m2 groß! Wir reisen relativ häufig. Allerdings haben wir ein Zimmer in dieser Größe noch nie zuvor gehabt. Das Bad war genauso großzügig angelegt. Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf den See.
