「Beautiful surroundings. Cottage was cozy.」

「Clean room, lovely interior rugs, wonderful modern bathroom, fantastic in room fridge/freezer. The front desk older Asian man was kind and friendly. However, the downside was that the pool towels required a $20 cash deposit, sadly we don’t carry cash. The gym was not well maintained. Great hot sauna but guests left their active wear and swimsuits to dry inside, very unprofessional for the hotel to allow that.」

「We absolutely loved stayed there, definitely will be going back」

「We had the one bedroom suite with Kitchenette and it was a very large room. I didn't like that they want to charge you $10 plus tax to get into your room any time before 3:00 even though our room was ready or they wouldn't have asked if we wanted to pay the $10. We declined and went for some lunch at 1 of the 2 restaurants near by. Otherwise there is nothing around there. We were going on a cruise the next morning, so it was a great place to stay for the one night.」

「Does Laguna Hills Lodge had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!! my daughter, and I wanted to use the laundry room that is next to the swimming pool and after washing our laundry, we realize there was something that looked like chocolate covering the entrance of the door thing on the washing machine and the try to clean it off with our fingers because I thought it was chocolate or something chocolate bar someone forgetting it in there top in their pockets or something, and it...
