「This was an incredible trip. The location is exactly what we were hoping for. It felt like we were the only people in the national forest. We explored the forest roads around the cabin and walked to the water with our dog. We cannot wait to come back with the newest member of our family.」

「This is about check-in staff - for constructive criticism. We stood at front desk & staff was on phone assisting someone & was unable to find what the person was looking for. Never made eye contact with us or gesture she would be a moment. They told person on phone let me connect you to our 1-800 and instead of doing that kept talking again, not acknowledging us. We waited about 10-15 minutes which wasn't a problem, it would have been nice to put call on hold or say to us she would be a minute....

「It was 104 degrees outside and the lobby didn’t even have an A/C on. The rooms smell like weed. The door lock was broken. The bedspread had cigarette burns on it. It took until 9pm to get the room cooled off. What a joke. They should have paid me 80 bucks to stay here.」
