We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Pauls Valley. Everyone was pleasant while still being professional. The rooms were neat and clean. We will definitely stay again in the future.

I thought the room was clean. The air conditioner was very noisey and the TV did not work. I even called the number in the room for assistance with the TV but, that did not help. I tried to call the front desk several times but just got a busy signal. Disappointed and tired for little sleep because of the air conditionet.

Wonderful hotel & staff

Our check-in went smoothly and quickly after a long drive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was very close to the hotel entrance, which helped us feel safe. We didn’t have the breakfast offered so I can’t speak to that. The hotel was easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. Our host, Perry, was so helpful, friendly and accommodating, which made our stay perfect.

The younger guy at the front desk was awesome. Very nice. Cleanliness of hotel lobby. Good halls, good elevators good rooms, If you are picky about cleanliness, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel.

Booked this hotel for the indoor pool and the water was freezing cold. Swam for about 5 minutes before rushing to a hot shower to warm up.

Hotel was more or less fine as a budget option, but my room was accidentally given a wakeup call at 3am and I couldn't go back to sleep after that. Not much value in a hotel if you only get half a night of sleep.

Decent stay!

We booked a king room, arrived to find we were overbooked. They put us in a handicap room and my husband wasnt comfortable with that so we opted to "upgrade" to a suite at an extra 50 bucks. The room was nice except for "questionable" stains on the sofa. But we didnt use it so no big deal. Only real complaint is the lawn crew came at 7am on sunday morning being very loud and woke me up on the second floor... breakfast waa great!

Everyone was friendly enough! The breakfast was okay I was surprised at the biscuit and gravy that was better than I thought. No one cleaned the tables or floor day to day. I asked for service just for new towels and a vacuum because I have a crawler and they didn't after they told me they would. The air conditioner is awful it woke me up everyday!, but it works. The pool is not heated the pool room is! No hot tub that would be nice. Would stay again tho cause it was a decent area

The hotel had low occupancy, so I wasn’t sure why they put us in a room near the stairs that smelled of cigarette smoke, had flickering lights and was generally in poor condition. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found when we first arrived or when it was time to leave. It could’ve been a much better experience but it almost felt like they intentionally made it as bad as it could be.

HORRIBLE Internet Speed- No Streaming!

The internet here is terrible!! You cannot stream anything. You know it’s bad when there is a Wi-Fi help number to call on a card next to the TV. How many complaints do you have to get to go ahead and put a help number in the room? I called the help line and was basically told the hotel doesn’t pay for premium internet so there’s nothing that can help. It’s 2023. Streaming internet should be a given. If you don’t care about that- everything else was fine. Not great, but I would stay there again if it weren’t for the terrible internet. As is, I’ll never stay again.

The bed was horrible! Mattress has to be super old because as one laid down, you could feel the dip pretty quickly. Slept going side to side instead of the normal head to toe position and it wasn’t terrible but I will not be staying here again! Breakfast was decent and had some variation. Overall, I rate this hotel a 3 but next time I will be staying elsewhere as there are about 5 or 6 hotels in this same area.
