The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"The hallways and the elevator reeked of weed smoke. Some fools were yelling and pounding on doors at midnight. Rap music was playing until 3:00AM. Not a well run operation. Other than that the room was moderately OK. "
