「Property called me at last minute and cancelled the booking」

「We had a lovely stay at Lyrath Estate from the 1st to the 4th of January. The hotel was still decorated for Christmas, which added to the festive feel. The staff were a standout. There were plenty of staff on hand, and everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. It was like they embodied the character of the hotel, which was so refreshing and welcoming. 「From our arrival til our departure, the service at Mount Juilet was impeccable. The Hotel itself is beautiful with spacious well decorated rooms, well thought out amenities and a lovely spa. We both enjoyed massages (some of the best we have had). Meals in The Hound were tasty and well priced. The Saddle bar has a lovely atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sean who offers historical talks on tbe estate on Thursday and Sunday evenings. 「家族経営の古城ホテルです。食事は津kませんが部屋にキッチンがあり、隣町まで食材を買いに行けば部屋での調理が可能です。付近にレストランもありませんので、車で直材を調達するか、車で隣町のレストランに出かけるかが必要です。最大3組しか宿泊できません。牧場も経営しており、マンパワーの制限がありホスピタリティーが高いわけではありませんが、不足はありませんでした。」
