「Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint. When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu...

「家族経営の古城ホテルです。食事は津kませんが部屋にキッチンがあり、隣町まで食材を買いに行けば部屋での調理が可能です。付近にレストランもありませんので、車で直材を調達するか、車で隣町のレストランに出かけるかが必要です。最大3組しか宿泊できません。牧場も経営しており、マンパワーの制限がありホスピタリティーが高いわけではありませんが、不足はありませんでした。」

「The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. We truly recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend a great...
