「Checking into the property was a breeze. We were given a code quickly to get in and were allowed in an hour early at no charge. Upon arriving at the residence is when the problems began. Walking into the backyard and walking down the stairs, there was dirt, spider webs, and wasps. Once we entered the downstairs unit it appeared clean. This is when the problems began.
