「Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something...

「The condo was absolutely beautiful. We have been to this area before so we knew where it was located. A 12 minute walk from our son’s house. Tennis courts are just across the street as well as access to crestmoor park. There is a great walking biking trail around the park and burgers, ice cream and bagels are a short walk. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The area is very family friendly. The condo is beautifully furnished we will definitely be back.」

「Check In was easy. The directions are easy to follow. Parking, a premium downtown Denver, was easy and secure. We walked to Ball Arena to see a Nuggets game, road bikes on the path along the creeks and visited Cherry Creek often. All easy from the condo. Cons itself has a great kitchen and comfortable set up with the two bed rooms. Quiet building. Good gym.」
