DISGUSTING PLACE, staff dismissive and lies saying they’ll call you back and don’t Found bloody tissues gauze and alcohol wipes and spoon between the bed and headboard accidentally put my hand down there and now there saying they can’t prove thats the room I stayed in because when I went to the front to complain there was no one there so gross I’m disgusted

I have stayed at this hotel now for 3 or 4 consecutive years. The hotel is now under new ownership and in my view they are just beginning to sort out how to run it and staff it. The hotel front desk is mainly staffed and managed by friends and family right now. The new owners have made extensive changes to the door locking mechanisms on all the rooms, which is impressive. The rooms are clean and the new policy of asking those with longer stays, if they want their room cleaned or fresh towels etc. on a daily basis was appreciated. We opted for weekly cleaning. The hotel is pet friendly. We had our cat in the room with us and it was fine. Parking is convenient outside the rooms. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets, although wi-fi was a bit patchy. I will be definitely looking to stay at this hotel again, next time I visit my family. As the hotel is very conveniently located near Route 495 which is a major artery around the Boston suburbs. The hotel is right behind Cumberland Farms, which is convenient for gas and good breakfasts.

the room was kinda clean... that is pretty much the only good thing I can say. the water was white - don't understand how that happens but needless to say we didn't drink it. the room smelled. there was a hole in the ceiling plugged with a wad of paper. the bed was so hard it hurt. there was a loud party in the room next door that went from 1 am-6 am and the staff refused to do anything about it. we spent one night there and tried to cancel the rest of our reservation because it was so bad but they wouldn't give us our money back. DONT STAY HERE!
not joking, this is the water that comes out of the faucet in this place. needless to say we didn't drink the water

Fees that don't make sense if you extend your stay there is $80 on top off the room amount $35 early check in even if you didn't leave plus $50 room deposit that is taken every day on your card but takes 3 to 4 days to get back .

Trivago and Expedia rated this property a 7.2; I would give it a 2.5. There were water-leak damages in the ceiling of my room that had not been repaired. The rug in front of the door was stained. The toilet paper was the cheapest junk ever—it shredded in my hands. Seriously? Awful stuff. The property itself was in substandard condition. The bed was clean and so was the bathroom—so kudos to the maids. I had to check in 10 minutes early so get to an appointment. The desk clerk wouldn't let me do it without an additional $35 fee. Nor would he let me check in 5 minutes early. He said he'd get in trouble with his boss. Ridiculous; the room was obviously ready. But there was no bending. The next day I was in a hurry and my key wouldn't work. Another problem at the desk. During the night there was a loud party going on in the room next to me from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. I banged on the wall. I called the front desk—twice. Nothing was done about it. The front desk said they called the room but no one answer. Of course they didn't! He said he wasn't allowed to leave the front desk. So nothing was done. I hardly slept all night. Another problem at the desk. I would never recommend this property to anyone. It has to be worth it to spend a few more dollars to stay somewhere else.

The bed was clean, and so generally was the bathroom (tub was not clean), so kudos to the maid service. Ceiling in the room had two large water leak spots that had never been properly repaired. Tub was not clean. Stains on rug in front of door. General appearance of the room was not pleasant. Light over one side of bed didn't work. No switch even for light over toilet. The water out of the tap was gray, not clear and clean. Yuk. Had to go to a local store and buy water. Front wouldn't check me in even 5 minutes early. I had an appointment I had to get to, but wouldn't flex a single minute without fining me $35. Said he'd get in trouble with his boss. It was a needly annoyance. One night there was a party ALL NIGHT LONG in the room next to me: loud music and loud talking. Knocking on the wall obviously didn't help. I called the front desk, all they did was try to call the room; when that didn't work, they did nothing else. Didn't sleep most of the night. I was only 2 days. One of the days my key didn't work. Another annoyance. It turned out to be a lousy place to stay, though the bed was clean and bathroom mostly clean. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

It’s a dump. The pictures are misleading. The first room I was assigned smelled like an ashtray, so much for a non smoking facility. The room I wound up with smelled musty. The fan in the bathroom made a very loud noise so you couldn’t even turn the light in. Carpet was torn up. Sketchy looking patrons. The whole place gave me the ick. I should have spent more and picked another place. Would not recommend.
