"Great view, clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location. It's a walk to everywhere. Good security. This sounds silly but there are limited tv channel options and you can't log into your streaming accounts. We couldn't watch the Cubs or the White Sox while we were there, which was disappointing. Some of the staff were super polite and pleasant and some were rude or unprofessional. We only had breakfast at the restaurant, but it was not good (we didn't finish it) and it was almost $70 with tip for 2 people."

"Have stayed here a few times now and always clean and convenient location to what I’m doing in Chicago. Parking is easy ($57 a day). Never have a problem with noise. Will stay again."

"As a whole the property and staff were great. I thought the breakfast was a little over priced though. Food certainly wasn’t bad but paying almost $30 a person for a breakfast buffet I expected a bit more variety and options. Selection variety wise it felt a step up from what similar hotels have offered as complimentary. However that’s a minor gripe to an otherwise great experience."
