"The family room was very clean and had an outside patio that was excellent for listening for and watching numerous birds, including toucans! The breakfast buffet was delish as well as supper. This hotel has a wonderful pool and area to watch sunsets. Staff was extra courteous, we will be back! "

"This lovely hotel, in the tiny, unpretentious village of Drake Bay, was wonderful. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. The manager gave me Room 1, with an enormous window that looks out onto a guarumo tree. In this tree arrived, in turn, a toucan, a pair of aracaris, tanagers, tityrus, caracaras, golden-naped woodpeckers, multiple iguanas, hummingbirds - it was simply incredible. I took the best pictures I've ever taken. The pool and the bar are nice, and everyone is friendly. Just one thing: you will be waking up early. The woodpeckers and howler monkeys will take care of that. "

"Rooms and facilities were gorgeous, of course! Good very expensive. Pool was divine - sunny and shady areas, infinity edge, two hot tubs!! Sloth Garden Tour was the best ever! Lots of wild sloths, fabulous guides who help yo take iPhone photos with their scopes!! Great private truck tour - guide Katherine knew where everything lives, and took us right to them. Not much walking, exciting spotting, excellent photos!! Fishing tour through Botanika was much better than one we booked in town. Expensive for a private charter, but we caught 2 Needlefish and several Jack. Really exciting day!! "

"Beautiful condo with outstanding view. The infinity pool was awesome!! We enjoyed seeing, monkeys,toucans macaws and butterflies. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was wonderful and had good wi-fi. Excellent stay overall. "

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The owners & staff were attentive & helpful. The pool was great, theunit was spotless, private, bed comfortable, had all needed amenities and the breakfast was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and some souvenir shopping. You could see the beach and sunsets from the upper decks. Definitely recommend this place!"
