"our stay at Madre Selva was absolutely wonderful. the house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by wilderness. Every morning started with an orchestra of birds and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend taking advantage of Carolina’s expertise, cooking, and planning. We had a fabulous time and will be coming back!"

"Great house that is able to accommodate a larger group.Beautiful views and lots of wildlife. The only small bummer was AC was not effective. The house is designed not to have AC and is really well vented. AC didn't work at all in one room and in the other it had minimal effect so we just kept the house open all day as was probably intended. "

"We chose this location for the majority of our honeymoon trip in Costa Rica. We were looking for privacy and extravigance, mixed with nature and a local vibe. This place checked all of the boxes and then some! It was as if we had rented our own private botanical garden. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife including monkeys, toucans, and Scarlett macaws.We had a rental vehicle (4x4) so access to Uvita, Dominical, and all the nearby beaches was super easy.
