There is no one onsite to help with any issues. Their response was someone will get back to you with 1-3 days which clearly isn’t helpful.

Not exactly what we expected from reviews. Pools and bathrooms were quite dirty and honestly not too kid friendly for those under maybe under 8 or those that can’t swim due to depth. Our room door handle was loose as well as balcony door was difficult to open. Bathroom was very tight and old carpet everywhere. It does look like they are doing renovations though, hopefully has a better future outlook. The breakfast was nice and had a great view and was located right on the beach (however no ramps for stroller).

We had a disappointing experience at Delta, where our room was not clean during both our last visit and this year's stay. Although the staff addressed the issue during our initial visit, the problem recurred. Additionally, we faced issues with the air conditioning not being operational until midnight and a lengthy 10-minute wait for the elevator. The hotel's location is convenient, but improvements are needed in the cleaning services and response times.
