サウスマウイ のコンドミニアム

「マケナサーフには何度も滞在しており大好きなコンドミニアムです。リッチ、景色、全て大好きなのですが、今回は残念なことがいくつかありました。到着日にリビングに靴下が一足おちていました。床を掃除していたら絶対にわかるはずです。メモを書いて置いておいたら翌日は無くなっていましたが、、7泊の内の1日お掃除がされていなかったので電話したら既に掃除済みですといわれました。タオルも無くなっていたので来ていただきました。元々シャトルサービスがあることを知っていたし以前に利用もしていましたが、チェックイン時に案内がなかったです。テキストサービスを始めたと説明されたのでシャトルサービスの電話番号をショートメールで問い合わせしましたが結局返事がきませんでした。細かいことですが、食洗機の洗剤、キッチンタオルなど毎回メモを置かないと補充されませんでした。管理がかわったのでしょうか？ちょっと残念でした。」

「Very nice condo in a great location within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the beach.Unfortunately we were only able to stay 6 out of our 15 nights we had booked due to a family emergency but we would definitely stay here again!Melissa was great to deal with!」

「The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere. Not a real solution on such short notice for a family of 6. This hotel has privately owned and managed units...

「Everything is perfect at this condo. Very clean and beautiful. Full kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher and everything you need to cook, full separate bedroom with a very comfortable California King, closet, and dressers. Full living room with sleeper sofa, recliner, and chairs. Center Island in the kitchen has two high back chairs and there is a dinette with four chairs. Two large tv's with cable and wifi. 「Just a perfect place for a couple to spend a week. Very close to the pool and beach. This was one of my favorite beaches on Maui. Low key and quiet. The AC worked great and kitchen was well stocked. I also liked how close it was to the fabulous grocery store and restaurants in Wailea. 」
