「Very friendly and professional staff. We arrived 2 hours early and we were able to check in early. Leslie offered us a room upgrade to a suite with a fireplace and king bed at no extra charge. The room was spotless and easily the largest we had on our whole 2 week trip. We attended a wine tasting in the hotel bar, which was a lot of fun. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of places to eat and shop. Definitely looking to secure a room here for the 2026 Mammoth Gran...

「エアコンと冷蔵庫が無いのが不便でした。 夏の暑い時に行きましたが、昼間はかなり暑くなるので、窓を開けて扇風機を使って凌ぐ感じでしたが、夜もかなりふけてからでないと、涼しくなりませんでした。 でも暖炉はあったので、暑くない季節や冬は問題ないのかもしません。 他の幾つかのホテルも同時に予約しましたが、質問やリクエストのメールを何度か送らせて頂きましたが、一番親切に対応して頂きました。 メールを送っても返信ももらえないホテルもある中、いつも直ぐ返事を頂いて、リクエストにも応じて頂きました。 またチェックイン後に、足りない物をリクエストしたら、直ぐに持って来て頂き、他に◯◯などは必要じゃ無いですか？と聞いてくださったりしました。 また観光スポットの場所を幾つか質問したら、どれも丁寧に詳しく教えて頂き、お陰でとても素敵な場所に行くことが出来ました。 エアコンや冷蔵庫が無かったり、少し古かったりは有りますが、この様な親切な対応をして頂いて、すごく助かりましたし、今回の事はスタッフにもよるのかもしれませんが、とても気分のよい対応のお陰で、ホテルを選んだ後悔は無くなりました。」
