Cozy Comfort in the Heart of Tahoe

We had a wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe condo! The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal—just a short walk to both Heavenly Village and the lake, which made it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer without having to drive. Communication with the rental agents was also top-notch—quick, friendly, and helpful.A couple of things to note: the wood floors upstairs are a bit squeaky, and since this is a condo, you can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors. Most of the time, it wasn’t a big deal, but let’s just say we now know someone above us was training for a midnight tap dancing competition. Fingers crossed your upstairs neighbors follow the quiet hours!All in all, we’d definitely stay again and recommend this spot to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient home base in Tahoe!

Beautiful spacious and clean!

Thanks so much for the great stay in this beautiful condo. The property is well situated in the South Tahoe area yet quietly tucked away. Everything was very clean and the kitchen supplies were well-stocked. Definitely would stay again and will recommend to others!

Location, Comfort, and Convenience

The location is perfect! Walkable to the restaurants, casinos & shopping (Target soon to come). Being there in the snow made the convenience of a garage plus driveway made unloading super easy - thank goodness because we were there in the snow. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious! I feel like the pictures make it look smaller than it is; there is plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked really well; whoever decided what the basics are is someone who cooks. There's even a slow cooker! The large dining table & kitchen stools to hang out at plus living room seating has such great vacation vibes - very chill. I would say the only...and I mean ONLY challenge we had was the TV because the directions were not easy to figure out but we did after we tried a few things. Now back to the good stuff...the rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are gorgeous and have good water pressure. FYI: The kitchen and living area are on the second floor if you have a stairs issue for someone (we didn't).We all wished we were snowed in to stay longer. Absolutely will be back! If you need more than one rental house this is a great option with plenty of other rentals in this gated community. Communication was great with the rental agency - thank you!

Tahoe Woods

Everything was as pictured (which you never know when you book).... How was super clean, cozy, plenty of room for the 6 of us! Close to shopping, gaming and all the fun places. We were there for a concert and had a great time! Will definitely re-rent. Tammie Bell

Perfect location to downtown

We loved how big the house was. Plenty room for everyone. We walked to all the restaurants and night life. We will stay here again. Also having locked gated entry was nice

Would stay again!

The condo was clean, well equipped and convenient! Had we stayed longer, we might have needed more space for our kids to play (all the fun games at the condo) but it was perfect for our short trip!

Just a couple comments

First let me say that the place was really great; we especially loved the kitchen, dining room space/table, the decor, the auto bathroom lighting, the ease of the door lock system, the entertainment options, AC, the gated neighborhood (though I noticed while out walking the dog that the gate was open one of the nights at 1 am and I couldn't close it), the proximity to the attractions of So Lake Tahoe, and more. But I just wanted to let you know of a couple of issues: garage door key: I didn't figure out that the key went to the door to the garage for a couple of days; maybe a tag on the key would help. the medium-sized black spiders: We ended up needing to kill 4 of these in the downstairs rooms/bathrooms. I know the mountains have spiders but just wanted to let you know. AC fan in the multi-bed bedroom: The motor of what I think was the AC for that space was so loud that I could not have slept in that room. Fortunately, the teenagers were able to. It really doesn't sound right. The BBQ was not useable as it did not heat up past ~200 degrees. We had fresh trout but had to bake them in the oven after trying in the BBQ for 40 min. The propane was not the issue, btw.

Loved it! Great location well appointed clean and safe!

We loved our stay! Went with girlfriends. Lots of space for the three of us. Comfy beds! Extra blankets! Well organized kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Not only is the beach a short walk, the grocery store and dining is only 2 blocks. The small gated community also made us feel safe coming home late at night. You can also walk to casinos, heavenly shopping and much more. And for hiking it was 25 minutes to east lake trails and 25 minutes the opposite direction to west lake trails, best of both worlds. We loved it!

Wonderful place

My husband and I along with our two children, my parents and brother all had a very comfortable stay. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. It is in a great location- close enough to walk to town and the beach and also a close drive to the beautiful Emerald Bay and hiking around that area. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Great location. Gated community. Easy to check in.

Great location. Walking distance to heavenly ( although don’t recommend it at night. Seen a bear two night in a row I the same dumpster) 10 min walk to the beach. Bed was super comfortable house was spacious. Well equipped house. Lights went out while we were there but they had flash lights that were already plugged in and charged which we were happy to have.

Perfect location and exactly as represented

We wanted a location where we could walk to everything and this was perfect. The unit was very well maintained and had everything we needed to cook at home. We especially enjoyed the deck and gas grill. I would stay here again.
