The perfect getaway for a couple or small family, this third-floor lofted studio features an open-concept living space, with an in wall air cooling unit and a cozy fireplace, breakfast balcony, remodeled kitchen and peekaboo glimpses of the lake. As a guest, you’ll have access to village amenities, including private beach and pier, swimming pools, hot tub and children’s play area.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 4, including children. No more than 3 adults. This applies 24/7.

This 3rd floor, corner unit allows for extra privacy and is located right next to the elevators making it very convenient for when you want to head downstairs to the community pool & spa. Plus, this corner unit offers peekaboo views of our beautiful Lake Tahoe. On the other end, you’ll find the shores of Lake Tahoe and additional amenities.

Walk into a quaint front hallway, drop your bag on the bench and wave a sweet little wave to yourself in the mirror. Only a few steps into the home & you’ll find yourself in a beautiful, warm, open-concept living room, featuring high-vaulted ceilings, a 58” TV, gas fireplace, and balcony!

Beside the great room is a small kitchen, packed full w/necessities. White granite countertops, muted black and tan accents, and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is fully stocked for the cook of the gang. Ft. a deep basin sink, freezer/fridge, 5-burner electric range, and a vast spice rack.

The bedroom is located upstairs in the loft. 12 steps up from the living space, you’ll find a king bed, 42” smart TV with cable, closet + dresser, and wash sink. Additional queen sofa bed can be found in the downstairs living room. The full bathroom is located on the main floor, donning walk-in shower, toilet, sink, white granite countertops, black accents, and a heat lamp.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., just a 2 mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, and walking distance to Whole Foods grocery store, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling. Amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, club house available for private parties, security, beach, pier, and boat buoys by reservation. One of the best locations in all of South Lake Tahoe.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, the Vail shuttle van, or towel service. We have plenty of linens & towels for your use in the home.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
