"The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including the airport shuttle driver. However, the bathroom faucet was improperly installed (the hole in the granite counter was showing because the faucet was twisted off-center) and the heater was noisy, with evidence of water damage to the ceiling causing the intake vent to be bowed downward."
