Welcome to At Jaker s Beach House!
This newly renovated home is a beautiful two-story close to the beach and downtown with lake views from the front yard and crow nest balcony. Just a short walk to South Beach and the new and improved Kid s Corner Park. Beach access via the blue stairs.

INSIDE THE HOME
Three full bedrooms and each has a full bathroom. The home includes a beautiful upstairs King Suite with a lounge, 65 inch TV, and private s nest balcony. Amenities include a cook s kitchen, a large yard for games, and an outside bar w/TV for entertaining. There is plenty of room to accommodate blow-up mattresses, which can augment the 4 bedrooms. Home complete with wireless internet and central air.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The home is very spacious with multiple decks, patios, and an old fashioned front porch. The outside shower has warm water to make the beach clean-up a breeze. Have a blast entertaining at the outdoor bar. Special note: the main deck is ramped for home entry and the first-floor bath is handicapped accessible for anyone with special needs. **Golf cart rental is available with home. The cost is $100 per night of reservation .** Enjoy all the outdoor amenities and gear as well - Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Gas Grill, Boogie Boards - Can Can, 3 Adult bicycles
