「I am not sure that I have ever seen a hotel staff as helpful as this group. The rooms were very nice . Breakfast was different every day! Really from the top down or the bottom up. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!!!!!」

「They have a bit of everything. Clean, friendly, spacious rooms, breakfast, pool and hut tub, close to a huge Albertsons, and the restaurants downtown. As good a freeway stop as you could wish for.」

「The location of the hotel is convenient, near the highway, and shopping, dining. The kitchen with a full size fridge is sufficient to allow us to prepare our lunch for our hiking during the day. Breakfast offers great selections of both hot and cold items. My girls particularly love the egg drops and biscuits with gravy. The gentleman who is minding the breakfast area was attentive and so helpful. He noticed that I was getting the foods for my family and he offered me a tray to ease my tasks....

「The front staff were terrible at their job. The bathroom floor was full of hair, the tub looked at though somebody had gutted their Elk in the room, stained tub floor and more hair in the shower. The ice maker was making a horrible noise and the front staff said "it isn't my problem and I can't do anything about it, the maintenance person has left for the day". I would not recommend this place to anyone. They say "The newest hotel in Elko" but that doesn't make it nice, clean or a good place...

「First room we were given, had a bad odor and we requested another room I am a senior as was another family member we were given a room at the end if the property where there were hardly any other guests The second room was better, but still in the last building. Check in took about 20 min and as i asked questions the term " third party" was repeated numerous times. So because we chose to use expedia to book our room we were penalized as the desk clerk pointed out "third party"...
