「The entry instructions were NOT clear. Thankfully, reaching someone was easy. The phone customer service was very helpful. We arrived at night, so the dark alley to the entrance was confusing, dark and spooky. Finding light inside of the unit was difficult. The bathroom sink clogged after one use. There were dirty sheets in both closetsWe checked out of this place the next day. But they overcharged us in an effort to keep booking and cleaning fees. 」

「The owner was super nice! Literally everything we wanted to do was in walking distance and the people in town were very delightful. More importantly the apartment was spotless on arrival, cozy as can be, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. If at all possible we will absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Columbus!」

「This host was the most communicative host we have ever had! They respected our privacy but, if we needed an answer to something, they were quick to respond. The unit was clean, modern and amenities perfect. The shower’s water pressure was amazing and never had a problem with hot water running out.
