"We spent 3 nights here (myself and my two young sons). This cottage was plenty big enough with everything we needed and lovely and clean. The boys loved that they had their own floor with a shower room and also the best views of the harbour! The designated parking space was tiny and I had to pay to park in a public car park the whole time instead (at time of writing that is £9/24hrs in any car park, which isn’t bad). A home from home weekend away in the perfect place

"A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. Surrounding information sheets with information and instructions on how to use everything in the house, including the washing machine. Worth every penny, relaxing home from home you could not ask for more, we will definitely be back. "

"Return visit like the area about 20-25 mins walk downhill to Whitby harbour area. Bus stop by school or Sainsburys minutes away. Bedrooms clean and big for 2 people. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking free and if u forgot anything there is a sainsburys fee mins walk away Breakfast has various choices to suit different appetite too and family friendly. Would return again"

Good location and ample free parking

"Good location, walking distance to the beach, accommodation is far away from the pub and restaurant which make it quiet, ample free parking on site. Wasted 2 hours time for a dinner in the restaurant. Food is not great enough because of the cooking skills. Breakfast bacon and hashbrown are very over cooked which made them dry and hard. "
