"The bathroom is dirty my toilet seat was dirty and top of the toilet seat had tons of fingers. They did not clean the bathroom well at all and it was dusty. "

"The staff were nice enough but did not like a sports team staying there, we were not welcomed in the lobby. They said they had quiet hours and we respect that but they kicked us out. We had a group of 11/12 year old girls doing arts and crafts. Bed was rock hard and almost impossible to sleep on. The pillows were the size of a throw pillow, and the rooms had a smell. I wouldn’t give my dog a bath in that bath/shower. It was stained, didn’t have a drain, and the faucet leaked the entire night. There were no elevators so lugging your suitcase up the steps was fun. And there is a train that is outside the hotel - that blows the horn. "

"Very clean, newly painted room. Great shower. The woman manning the breakfast bar was very rude to a young man trying to make waffles. He obviously needed a reassuring presence, not a judging overload. As for the breakfast, limited options. there were no hot egg options, no bacon or sausage."
