"The hotel is old and not very clean. Our room had a terrible odor in it. We payed extra for a better room and got a bad one. The bathrooms are small and outdated. The whole thing needs a rebuild. We will not be staying here again."

"The room was very dark. Turning on the light in the bathroom made an extremely loud noise. At check in, we mentioned our kids and were told there was an additional charge if a guest was a minor. There were only 2 towels provided for 4 guests. We were there 2 nights and no one came to empty trash or bring clean towels. When we tried to use the pool, we were told something broke that afternoon and it was closed. No offer to credit us anything for lack of pool. The casino was also extremely smokey and had nothing but video slots. "

"I gave a 3 for amenities because the bar was closed during our stay. We arrived late afternoon and we had to go across the street to the Mizpah to check in. We ended up having a drink at the Mizpah bar before they closed at 8pm. "
