「Refurbished old building. I think it was not originally a hotel. Associated with the Mizpah Hotel across the street. Nice enough, but no front desk; you check in over at the Mizpah. The night we were there happened to be cold and windy so going back and forth was not fun. The room was pleasant . There were no kleenex, that I could find. Ate dinner at the Jack Dempsey room at the Mizpah. It was good. 」

「Total dive! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 50 years if travels. The room smelled awful, very loud street noise all night, furniture broken, carpet stained, plumbing fixtures broken, dust & hair on bathroom floor, front desk has hand written sign ‘no breakfast’ taped on desk, despite advertising they have breakfast on-line. Our party had reserved 3 rooms. If we could have gotten 3 rooms at any other hotel, we would not have stayed. We should have known when we checked in & the clerk...

「The host was great and very welcoming. Went above and beyond to help us out by making us some food because we were arriving late at night. Even the breakfast was delicious. Gave us a b&b feel. The second bedroom did not have a shower even though listing said otherwise but it wasn't a big deal. It was a great experience and had a lot of fun talking to Sunny! Will definitely go back there!」

「My girlfriend and I are flight attendant so we both have extensive experience traveling and staying at different hotels. We felt that our stay here was more accommodating than most of the hotels we normally stay at. We were both incredibly impressed with the attention to the little details. The room was incredibly clean, and the host provided many little essentials like towels and toiletries, coffee, sugar and creamers, bottles of water, and even utensils and plates to eat with if needed....
