「Schöne, gemütliche Betten, wunderbarer Service」

「Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!!」

「This place is almost brand new, very tidy, and well located near Old Town in Wichita. The host was very responsive on the couple things that came up. Also, the space veels very secure. Definitely recommended.」

「Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!」

「Its an old 50s hotel, not a house」

「Nice location in Derby . House is kinda tired but has the basics .」

「I did find a big clump of hair in the stool when I got there and then on the bedroom floor, there was another clump of hair. The mattress was very hard in there was nothing to the pillows. The towels were very thin. The check-in was easy. Communication was good pretty loud outside where we were staying.」

「Super cute decor!」

「Such a cool vibe and comfortable. Had a great time! Will stay there again if have the chance!」

「The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean.」
