Enjoy a modern experience at this centrally-located loft, marked Unit 2. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the amazing features of downtown living. This loft sits atop an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar in the evenings during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

great location and very nice property

was very impressed with the quality of the property in general The location was great too, within walking distance of downtown and the old town area My stay didnt seem to coincide with any events, so I cant say if it would be too loud in that case.

Fantastic getaway!

Awesome place to stay, INTRUST is just across the street! There’s a fun bar and sandwich shop at the end of the block and Old Towne is very close with all sorts of shops and places to eat. The space is beautifully decorated, comfy bed and living area. Will definitely book again for our next event at INTRUST!

Perfect Downtown Spot – Highly Recommend!

This apartment was the ideal home base for my trip! Super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The hosts were awesome—thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the stay even better.The location couldn't have been better! Right in the heart of downtown, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. I loved being able to walk everywhere and soak up the city vibes.The space itself was comfortable and had a great setup for relaxing after a day of exploring. It really felt like home, and I definitely will be staying here again next time we’re in town!
