The location is across from Tianmen Mtn entrance. Centrally located with walking distance to many restaurants. Also gave a sample jar of the city’s fine tea and a souvenir. Def would stay here again. Highly recommend."

The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff provided good service, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I used the washer and dryer to clean my clothes."

"The property is beautiful but that’s where it begin and ends. Staff were disinterested and it was like a cafeteria experience -no warmth or personality. The concierge was terrible and no one went out of their way. Although the hotel grounds and location are beautiful it was very touristy and impersonal with not much to do in the area."
