The owner was helpful and precise in his instructions around directions and access. The place is amazing and had everything we could need. We loved the sauna and the location is stunning. "Took an hour for key to be located, then someone else in our room! Was double booked! Wasn’t even the accommodation that was advertised. No other accommodation available in Auckland, nearest we could get was Huntly! No assistance finding somewhere. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don’t stay here, nightmare"
