「This is a small luxury hotel. We stayed at their newly added suite of 5 rooms at their second property 1 minute away (walking). The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast is included in the room price, and it is very delicious. The food is all brought in directly from farms, and you can tell from the richer taste of the eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, labne, etc. They use the tannour to make their bread and manakeesh, and the taste is top-notch. 「Beautiful design, superb details, and marble finishes. The mattress and bed are top comfort. The staff is friendly. The location is central. The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee. I informed the hotel about this, asking for clarifications, but they never answered me back. 」

「The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also... But for the price and location it's a nice place if you want to be in Mar Mikhail. 」
