「Staff was warm and welcoming and very insisted on helping with anything possible. I was allowed early check in and decided to extend my stay because of hotel as a whole including staff and proximity to everything. Highly recommended. 」

「The receptionists were so kind for me! They booked / arranged the 2 private tours for me to visit northern and southern outskirts of Beirut, recommended some of supreme restaurants in the city, and told me how to enjoy the city! Especially one of the female receptionist was so nice (I didn’t hear the name...she had the nameplate of trainee, but her knowledge and hospitality was far above than those of trainee :) I regret I couldn’t say my thank you...) The place of the hotel is walking distance...
