This spacious 2 bedroom/2bath Penthouse condo is located on the 5th floor just steps away from the elevator. The view from the balcony is an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean by way of the beach, Playa Alicia. This condo is 100% newly RENOVATED and has air conditioning throughout. When not on the balcony enjoying the view, you can enjoy the 65in TV in the livingroom.The condo is equipped with WI-FI throughout as well as a washer & dryer. There are two beach front restaurants for your dining pleasure 1 minute away. Both bedrooms have a 52in smart TV with 3,000 plus channels as well as air-conditioned.

I really enjoyed this past visit. The room was spotless and everything worked as it should. The TV programming was exceptional compared other places I've stayed. The host and house manager fulfilled every requests. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future...Awesome Trip!

Winter vacation

We loved the property. Usually stayed across the street, but my daughter had cancer so we needed an elevator but unfortunately she passed away before our vacation. Hope to come back in Feb 2026.

Great place nice people

This review is about the property manager Alvaro. He's top notch. Came for 14 day stay and luggage did not arrive until 2 days after arrival. Alvaro not only waited for me at the airport but acted as an intermediary between the airlines and I so I could get my luggage delivered and enjoy my vacation. He went over and above to help me.

Stayed 3 nights in the condo and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very clean and contained all the amenities needed for the stay. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and a supermarket. No need to drive anywhere. Alvaro was very helpful and responded quickly when we ran out of drinking water. The views of the beach and the sunset from the balcony each evening were beyond description. You would not get these type of views on the lower floors in the building. The pool was well maintained and clean. Playa Alicia was very nice and has more of a private beach feel, not like Playa Sosua which we walked too one afternoon. I never felt uncomfortable walking around the area. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the penthouse in Hill Top condos.
