"First time in Japan (Narita) and booking this hotel was the perfect choice! Our room had the nature/trees view and it was absolutely beautiful! We also loved the complimentary airport shuttle and how the shops like Family Mart and Matsumoto Kiyoshi Drugstore are conveniently located on the first floor of the hotel. There are vending machines too! We would be happy to be stay here again on our next Japan trip."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, including the personal hygiene amenities provided. The breakfast, available for an additional fee, was excellent and offered a good variety of choices. Considering its very reasonable pricing, this hotel is definitely among the best I have stayed at. Excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again!"

"Shuttle from airport was fast and easy to find, there’s a Lawsons on main floor for all snacks needed when you can’t sleep from time difference Mornings buffet was great too. At 7:30 we took a shuttle to Jr train station and easy walk to temple with lots of shops that opened on our walk back around 9 am Easily kill a few hours exploring and then get back on shuttle to hotel Room amenities were great too, robes, slippers, toothpaste, hairbrush, razors. Currency exchange with amazing rate too For Great hotel and gave us a great 1st morning experience"
