"A good place to stay overnight after a late arrival at Narita Airport. Friendly staff and clean amenities, with showers, toilets, lockers, PJs, slippers, and bath towels provided. It was a new experience sleeping in a capsule. I didn’t find it claustrophobic, but it might feel that way for some people."

"Clean room but small. I had to be careful not to hit my head in the shower as I was taller than half the ceiling in the shower and I'm only six foot. Breakfast was fine, the food hasn't changed much since I was there a year ago, we got enough to eat. Room is compact but ok for a night. Was disappointed that Saturday night was more than double the price of Friday so we decided to stay somewhere else."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Everything you need and more! Very nice with lots of amenities. Great staff. Also lots of vegan options at the restaurant by lobby (buffet and Ala carte)! Shuttle bus is wonderful. Just be on time or the bus will leave you."

"成田空港からの乗り継ぎ便を待つために利用安いので予約しました部屋は写真よりも古い感じでした。バスタブ付きだったので利用しました。水を流したら外に溢れてきました。フロントデスクに連絡したら、早急に対応してくれて部屋を変えてくれました。荷物を出してなくてよかったです。電子レンジがコンビニの中にしかないのと、ウォーターサーバーなどがないのは残念でした。でもフリーシャトルやこの値段なので文句は言えませんシャトルの運転手さんも親切でした"
