「The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. My only error when I booked was not asking for a room with a stand-up shower and kitchen/kitchenette. Our room did have a mini fridge, coffee maker and a microwave which was very helpful.」

「Oct 10th, 10:30pm the front desk lady called my room to ask me if I knew the guests in 219 room, I said no then she asked me when did you checked in, I said 4pm, then she said the 219 room checked in after me. She said the room 219 had issues then hanged up the phone. I was mad, after that our couple couldn't fall to sleep again until late night. She ruined my lovely vacation.」
