One of a Kind Experience!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Villa Giada! We had a family of 7 stay at the villa with plenty of room for everyone. We had breath-taking views from every room, a wonderful gardener and house-keeper who took great care of us during our stay. Giada, the property manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She booked all of our transportation to/from Rome to the Villa, arranged outings to Amalfi and Capri, arranged dinners with private chefs at the villa as well as amazing restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer! A huge thank you to Giada and the property staff for giving us one of the best vacations a family could ever have!

Amazing Villa! Would stay again!

This villa is exceptional and the views are absolutely stunning. From the town below, the villa can be seen and offers unrivaled, million dollar panoramic views. Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the villa's amenities and Sorrento. The views of Vesuvius, Sorrento, and Capri make it difficult to venture away from the property! Our concierge, Giada, was exceptional - EXTREMELY responsive and helped us with transportation, excursions, and on-property dining after a few of our longer days and we just wanted to enjoy the view. It's a short walk to Sorrento from the villa (~15-20min) and you quickly enter the pedestrian zone. We purchased bus passes or hired a taxi for return trips up to the villa - especially if we had done some shopping in town! We would definitely stay again! Note - The large, detached full kitchen is not accessible to guests and there are 2 staff members that stay onsite - a housekeeper and a groundskeeper. They ensured we had an Italian breakfast (pastries, coffee, and juice) every morning and were extremely helpful with one-off requests - beyond what was expected! In the main house, there is a kitchenette for guests (small stove, microwave, and a small fridge to store drinks, small food items, etc). When we requested ice (we're Americans), they brought in a tabletop ice machine for us to use which was wonderful.

Incredible Stay

Giada's Villa was perfect!! Beautifully updated and clean!! Such wonderful staff served continental breakfast every morning. They went above and beyond if we needed something. The views are amazing!! Giada, our concierge was Amazing!! She was so great about setting up dinners, taxis, and our fun excursions!! The memories made will last a lifetime!! Thank you

Wonderful stay in Sorrento/Amalfi Coast

Villa Giada was a wonderful place to stay to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi peninsula. It was just as the listing said, plenty of space for two people and a lovely, small kitchen, as well as a beautiful view of Sorrento Bay and Mt Vesuvius across the water. We loved the private pool that provided a welcome afternoon respite (though at this time of year, the water was chilly - 74°F). We used the Villa as a base to drive around to Positano/Amalfi/Ravello. Note: the drive is not for the faint of heart - lots of S curves, vespas and mopeds everywhere (and they pass you on the left, driving right into the oncoming lane!!). That said, the views of the Amalfi Coast are beautiful. Near the Villa, the towns of Sant’Agata and Massa Lubrense had great places to eat, and provided a break from the mad throngs of tourists that literally swarm all over the peninsula. I highly recommend a stay at Villa Giada!

amazing views!!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views of Sorrento and Mt. Vesuvius! The owner was very kind and responsive whenever we had any issues and she made us a beautiful breakfast on our last day and sent various platters throughout the stay.

Incredible views

Great guest quarters… kitchen had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Owner very nice - left us to our privacy, but helpful when we needed something. It rained two days while we were there, so was nice to find a hotel (Grand Hotel President ) a couple blocks away where we ate lunch and dinner so we didn’t have to walk to town. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Gem of a villa

This is a beautiful little villa with all the grounds and the swimming pool of the main residence available to use. Is perched on the hill side with excellent views over the bay. Thé accommodation is a little cramped with 2 grown children, but was no problem as only used for sleeping. There is a direct walk of approximate 25 minutes along a pathway and a bus that runs during peak . The walk back is steep but worth the views after dark especially. Needs to be some information in the villa for the pathway and bus to sorrento. Amore rentalswere pleasant to deal with and arranged excursions ( boat trip to Capri) for us and a special mention to Alessandro who was very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Would love to return again soon.

Beautiful home and grounds, amazing views

The property was as listed and even nicer. A bit far removed from the center of Sorrento but we liked that. I would recommend this home to anyone considering Sorrento. Note that it is pretty far to town center. We used a cab to and from Sorrento. It was about 20 Euros each way. The WiFi was a little weak and restricted to inside the unit but not a huge problem. The pool was very refreshing. We will have memories for a lifetime and this is one of our favorites.

Sorrento is Amazing, this apartment is gorgeous and was the perfect spot!

Overall we had an amazing stay! The apartment is very cool! My wife & I stayed here with 2 young daughters for 2 days while driving from Sicily to Rome! Whilst the apartment is small is perfect for a quick stop over in Sorrento! The pool needs a bit of love but it’s clean and useable. We slept in the master bedroom whilst the girls shared a pull out couch in the lounge... the owners live on property and were super nice and friendly. They even brought us sandwiches and espresso on the morning we left. Sorrento is just a 5 minute drive away and the view is amazing! We had a great experience and if we come back to Sorrento we would stay here again. We loved it!
