The staff was very friendly and helpful, even going as far as helping make sure my wifi was set up correctly. The location is peaceful, and the large bathtub was nice for relaxing before a long flight. They offer a personal airport shuttle service for a small fee, which was very nice because the bus is a far walk away when you have luggage. I recommend this hotel highly and would definitely stay again.

We had a flight layover and the hotel staff were amazing in picking us up and dropping us off efficiently and helping us with the luggage- esp with our ski gear. They also helped us to order some local food delivery. We had a great stay.

Very friendly staff. Easy to communicate with via KakaoTalk. They have a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Inspire Resort which was a huge upside for us as we were there for a few Ateez at the resort. They also shuttle you to and from the airport for only 10,000krw per trip. The room was small but just enough. The bathroom is huge. It’s a little awkward because the bathroom is just a frosted panel separating the bathroom from the beds. It echos. Overall, I would stay again.

Great location to catch early flight

Staff was very friendly and helped to recommend a place to eat. We choose this hotel as it provided transportation to Incheon airport as we had an early flight. The room was small but well furnished. The only negative was that the room was warm despite using the air conditioning.

The best experience I've had was when we arrived in Incheon and reached the hotel by 6:30 pm. Seeking a good night's rest before an early morning flight, we booked one room for four people and a baby. The gentleman at the front desk not only assisted us with check-in but also generously provided an additional room at no extra cost. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and featured comfortable beds.

Good hotel. A little further away from the airport than expected. The minivan ride is provided for 10000 Korean Won. Free transportation to a local beach. I speak Korean. Not sure the staff speaks English. The VIP room was spacious. The staff was helpful.

Great price!

Room was a bit dated, and there was a smell when we arrived. Almost like someone smoked in the room. It did disappear little bit later on. Nice travel amenities provided in the rooms. Bathroom was clean and big. Loved that it had a separate shower head from tub. Close to a nice diner where we walked to get dinner. Front desk service was exceptional. Provided free water bottles, gave dining options upon arrival and we paid for airport service drop off which they provided with their personal vehicles. Would stay again.

A slightly mixed experience.

The hotel was fine (on the whole), however, there were a few issues: The description advertised a 'restaurant', but when we asked about this on arrival we were told that it was "non-functioning" and there would be no-where for breakfast in the morning. We booked a room for 5, however, the room was only set up for 4 people. When queried, the staff (1 person) did hand us bedding for the sofa. The description also said the staff spoke English... this was a bit of a stretch. The staff and I did our best to communicate through Google Translate. On the whole the booking served our purpose - one nights sleep between connecting flights from Auckland to London. The one staff member (who was receptionist, porter and driver) was friendly and did work hard to accommodate us. He was only constrained by matters beyond his control.
