"The staff were very unhappy and expressed being bought by Hilton a big corporation. There is no breakfast offered only an Americano coffee. You must purchase tea. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were nice. The rooms have heat and ac that must be controlled on the machine not on the room thermostat and the machine makes the sound of a jet engine. "

"Very cozy, quiet, and clean property. Staffs were excellent, Welcoming with a smile and ready to help. Breakfast menu could be expanded with little more choices. The massage was excellent, loved it! Great retreat!"

"Lovely setting, very friendly staff, and large spacious clean rooms. Outside common areas need to be spruced up. Outside walls, columns, stairwells and entry areas to rooms need pressure washing. "

"Great location. Very nice staff. Especially Matthew, the dining room manager. Very comfortable bed and nice room and bathroom. Room is small but there’s so much to do in Sonoma we’re not in the room much anyways. We’ll return. "
