A éviter.......

Accueil déplorable, avec une attente de quinze minutes à la réception avant qu'une personne ne vous remette votre clé de chambre en l'espace de cinq secondes et vous laisse ....( bien sur, pas d'accompagnement !!!) . Chambre affichée à 120 euros avec un confort particulièrement sommaire ( lit de 140 ), pas de prise de électrique dans la chambre, la seule disponible dans une salle de bain où les toilettes non séparées nécessitent quasiment de la gymnastique. Je n'évoquerai pas le caractère totalement désuet de la " décoration " de cette chambre.... Le restaurant : belle qualité de produits mais un service très long avec du personnel dont on se demande si ce sont des mannequins immobiles ... ( en particulier un pseudo sommelier dont la seule action fut de prendre ma commande ) avec un rapport qualité/ prix excessif... Le petit déjeuner à 16€ par personne: même pas la possibilité de disposer de toasts grillés , un jus d'orange industriel etc..., bref totalement disproportionné par rapport au coût. D'autre part, l'obligation d'indiquer au petit déjeuner si nous souhaitons dîner le soir dans l'établissement fermé à partir de 21h00... Bref, ne mérite absolument pas son classement trois étoiles!!!!!!

Overall good stay in Alsace.

Nice, out of the way hotel in Alsace. Rather too much emphasis on meat and fish on the dinner menu; though the chef did manage to feed us in the end. Nice small pool area, great for a swim/relax. Fewer animal skulls and heads on the walls, would bring it into the 21st century for the non-french. Wifi not brilliant. Very quiet spot.

Hôtel très propre, accueil très chaleureux, restaurant très bon . Bref je recommande vivement cet établissement. Allez y les yeux fermés. Nous y étions en famille avec 4 enfants . Et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir .
