「There was issues with this booking as there was not adequate heating in the unit as the temperatures outside was 45 degrees and the booking unit had a locked thermostat that only read 55 degrees. I asked numerous times if the heat could be adjusted to accommodate and was not accommodate instead I was told that a refund would be issued immediately as the agent told me that the heat was broken and that my family could not stay this forcing us to scramble and try to find another place to stay. 「The home was very dirty, mold in the shower, floors not swept or vacuumed. No clean dishes inside of the cupboards. Appliances cracked and run down. Heat setting was set at 65 and no option to change. Hot water for the shower was very temperamental making showers cold midway with no warning or reason. TV in bedroom would not turn on. "チェックインはなぜかとても時間がかかり15分くらいかかりました。 建物中芳香剤のような匂いが漂ってます。 施設には洗濯機や洗剤など長期滞在に適したサービスがありました。 部屋は芳香剤のような匂いがさらに強烈で頭が痛くなりました。とても臭かったです。 ベットはタバコの匂いがしたため、これをごまかすために芳香剤を振ったのかもしれません。 部屋には食洗機があったのですが、これは開けるべきではありませんでした。 そこには水が入ったままになっていてそこに大量の虫がわいてホラー映画のようになっていました。 これを見た記憶を無くしてほしい"
